Ioanna Spentza obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the American College of Greece. Following this, she attended University College London (UCL) and completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Research Methods in Psychology and Statistics, with a master’s thesis focusing on problem solving, semantic search and cognitive maps. In 2014, she joined the Psychology Department, where she currently teaches Experimental Cognitive Psychology and Testing and Assessment, and is also involved in Final Year Project supervision. Simultaneously, she is pursuing her PhD degree at the University of Sheffield, researching everyday problem solving and executive functions in the elderly.
