Dr. Antonia Lampaki

Dr. Antonia Lampaki is an Assistant Professor at Deree-ACG teaching management and international business. Her research interests are in the areas of Business Strategy and Change Management. Her research provides new insights into the roles of consensus building tactics and the development of positive organizational climates to facilitate the successful implementation of strategic decisions. Her work has been published in international academic journals such as the European Management Journal and presented in international conferences including the Strategic Management Society annual conference. She serves as a review editor for Frontiers in Psychology. Dr Lampaki has participated as a post-doctoral researcher in competing research projects. She also worked for many years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Consultant.
