					Konstantinos Tasoulis (Ph.D) is a Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) at The American College of Greece (ACG), specializing in strategic HRM, talent management, organizational culture and change, leadership, and sustainability. He has taught at the University of Bath School of Management, New York University, ALBA Graduate Business School and delivered executive education seminars to more than 150 firms. His research is published in leading journals, including Human Resource Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Human Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, European Management Journal, and books such as the Routledge Companion to Talent Management and Strategic HRM and Employment Relations: An International Perspective. He serves as an Editorial Board Member at the Journal of Business Research. He was a member of the National Advisory Council on Human Resources and Skills for the Ministry of Development and Investments. He received his Ph.D. in HRM from the University of Bath as a scholar of the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation. A former PwC senior consultant, he brings over two decades of academic and industry experience bridging theory, research, and practice.
