Dr. Konstantinos Tasoulis is an associate professor of human resource management (HRM) at The American College of Greece (ACG). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Bath, School of Management as a scholar of the Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation. He holds an MSc in Management and HRM, University of Bath, and BA in Economics, University of the West of England, Bristol.

Within ACG, Konstantinos has taught across numerous programs at the Deree School of Business and Economics, ALBA Graduate Business School, and the School of Graduate and Professional Education. Outside ACG, he has taught at the University of Bath, New York University, and led numerous leadership, management, and employee development programs.

His research interests lie in the areas of strategic and international HRM, leadership integrity, talent management, and corporate social responsibility.  His work has been published in scientific journals such as the International Journal of HRM, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, Corporate Reputation Review, Thunderbird International Business Review, International Leadership Journal, as well as in books such as the Routledge Companion to Talent Management, Strategic HRM and Employment Relations: An International Perspective, and numerous international conferences including the Academy of Management and the European Academy of Management. Konstantinos has also written numerous articles in Greek media outlets such as Kathimerini, Protagon, Huffington Post and HR professional. He has supervised PhD and DBA theses at the International School of Management, Paris.

Konstantinos serves the community through various non-remunerated positions and projects. He was recently appointed as a member of the Sectoral Scientific Council of Human Resources and Skills, supporting the National Research, Technology and Innovational Council of the Hellenic Republic. He is a TEDx speaker, a co-founder of the Hellenic HR Pedia, a free knowledge portal for the HR community, and a contributor to the Panionian Games.

Previously, he worked as a senior consultant at PwC HR advisory services and is currently an independent HRM advisor to firms in the technology, construction, and hospitality sectors.
