Dr. Mary Skordia is an Assistant Professor at Deree-ACG and has been a member of the Department of Management and International Business since September 2022. She is teaching courses in the areas of management and organizational behavior, including Principles of Management, Managing People and Organizations, Introduction to Entrepreneurship Management, Enterprise Growth. Her research interests focus on investigating organizations and organizational phenomena using the paradox lens, including strategic decision-making, cognition, mindsets, and identities. Mary serves as a mentor at VentureGarden, a comprehensive educational and training program for entrepreneurs that want to develop their skills. Further, she is the Managing Editor of Organization Journal.
