Spyridon Branis, Ph.D., CFA has an extensive 24-year experience in the Greek banking sector as Senior Credit Officer for Large Corporate, Structured Finance, Shipping Loans and Capital Markets products. Dr. Branis has also been involved actively in Corporate Financial Analysis & Evaluations, Capital Restructuring, M&As and IPOs for various Greek companies.
After studying at Athens University (B.Sc. in Physics in 1982), he received his Ph.D. in Physics from CUNY-Graduate Center, New York in 1990. He has been CFA Charter-holder since 2004.
