The Cybersecurity Research Lab focuses on achieving excellence through impactful research and practical training, addressing critical cybersecurity challenges faced by society today.

 

Objectives

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in areas including Network Security, Cryptography, Ethical Hacking, Malware Analysis, Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity, Federated Learning, Blockchain, Privacy, Governance, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Provide students with valuable hands-on experience through real-world cybersecurity challenges via research projects, work-study programs, theses, capstone projects, and internships.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships between academia, industry leaders, and governmental organizations to effectively address complex security issues.
  • Support the broader mission of The American College of Greece by contributing actively to both national and global cybersecurity resilience.
