ACG and Laskaridis Shipping Co. LTD. Forge Partnership to Enhance Maritime Safety and Research

The American College of Greece (ACG) and Laskaridis Shipping Co. LTD. have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance maritime safety and research. This collaboration will be spearheaded by ACG’s Center of Excellence in Shipping, Logistics, and Energy (CoESLE), and the research team will consist of Deree faculty and Nikolaos Tsoulakos from Laskaridis Shipping Co. LTD. This partnership will focus on enhancing Situational Awareness (SA) and Distributed Situational Awareness (DSA) through cutting-edge research, innovative training programs, and the development of new software aimed at improving safety and decision-making in the maritime industry.
