ACG marked European Sustainable Development Week 2025 with two insightful sessions led by Dr. Stella Apostolaki, Executive Director of COES and Assistant Professor of Environmental Science. Under the theme “Dimensions of Sustainability in Higher Education,” Dr. Apostolaki first unpacked the social side of sustainability—highlighting the links between climate change and inequality.

In a second session, she joined forces with Dr. Antonios Alevizos (NKUA & UN SDSN Greece) to explore how universities can embed sustainability across teaching, research, and campus operations.
