Research Area: Digital Transformation & Leadership

RTIN’s Digital Transformation and Leadership covers research activities related to: Leadership Theories, Innovation theories and practices, digital disruption, digital transformation, digital literacy, digital fluency, information communication technologies and business processes, technology-based entrepreneurship, digital transformation and intrapreneurship, organizational culture, change management, human resource practices and digital engagement, digital divide and inclusion.

 

Biography

Joanna is a faculty member of Deree – The American College of Greece since 2000 with the current status of Associate Lecturer II, and a module leader of Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Management Information Systems and Hospitality Information Systems, Information Communication Technologies in Tourism, and Entrepreneurship and Strategy of Tourism in the International Tourism and Hospitality Management program, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation. She is the advisor of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club and Judge of the MIT Forum. She has served as a Leading Steering Committee Member at European Commission on Digital Tourism – DG for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SM.  Advisory member of the REBRAIN Project of the Ministry of Labour.

Joanna is also a Consultant and a Digital Leadership Coach who has contributed to multinational management teams’ Leadership Development, specializes in Change management, Performance coaching, Communication and Team transformation. Innovative, strategic and visionary business consultant with experience in versatile business environments.
