Dr. Zoi Pittaki is a Senior Lecturer in Creativity and Entrepreneurship at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and has published articles in Business History (4/4* AJG) and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (3 AJG). In 2021 her doctoral thesis was published as a book by Palgrave Macmillan as part of the ‘Palgrave Studies in Economic History’ series. Prior to joining Brunel University, Zoi held research, lecturing, teaching and supervisory positions at the University of Glasgow, Adam Smith Business School and the School of Social and Political Sciences, as well as at the University of Strathclyde, Strathclyde Business School.
